Building Inspections

When purchasing a home, you’ll want to be fully informed about the state of the property prior to signing the contract. Combine your Pre Purchase Building Inspection with a Pest and Pool Inspection if necessary and we will have you covered under our one insurance policy.

At DTS Building Consultants, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience and service. We believe it is important that people and companies stick to what they do best. Combine your Pre Purchase Building Inspection with a Pest and Pool Inspection if necessary and we will have you covered under our one insurance policy.

Is your home compliant with the new laws? A copy of your compliance certificate can be found on the pool safety register which is maintained by the NSW Government.

A Hand over inspection can provide the peace of mind of having an independent expert provide a detail defects list for your builder to complete as a part of their contractual obligations.

A Home Warranty Inspection or Owner Builder Inspection is carried out as a final check of works completed by an owner builder as a requirement of home warranty insurance cover. The inspection is to ensure there are no incomplete works or major defects.

Building inspectors will check the work that has been carried out by your builder to ensure that it is not defective and ensure that it complies with current standards or the legislative requirements and the building contract.
